Rates
Generally are $150 - $190 per 45-50 minute individual session but types of session and rates can vary.
Insurance
I am a full provider with most major insurance companies. I recommend you call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask them to review your mental health coverage with you. Make sure to verify if I am a provider in your network and how much if any deductible or copay will you have due at time of session for the work we do together? Let me know what you find out from them and I will take it from there. Please be sure to bring your insurance card with you to your first session.
Payment
Credit cards, Health Savings Cards, Flex Spending Cards, Checks, Cash are all accepted. I will keep a copy of a major credit card on file so please be sure to bring one with you to your first session. Please note if you use a credit card for payment the 4.3% percent processing will be added to your charge.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel at least 72 hours in advance $150.00 plus the 4.3% processing fee will be charged to your credit card.
Schedule
My office hours are Monday – Friday with my first session at 10:00 and my last session at 5:00.
